currently seeing if I can use MCPs to connect to an atproto endpoint and get links to Bluesky posts from their queries (don’t worry it’s not seeing/summarising posts, only giving me the top ones for specific search queries)

OpenAI is the new Apple crack marketing team.
wow! I know I’ve now posted a lot about Goose but it’s soo cool. Bring your own key, and you’re almost good to go. I just enabled Computer Control and now it’s able to just put links in my browser for me.
All open source on GitHub, you can write your own extensions, and it can use Ollama (private!)
wow if you’re a programmer, block’s #goose tool is definetely one of the best tools for programming..
it’s similar to thnigs like Cursor/Windsurf but lightweight since it runs in the terminal… and you bring your own key, so it’s MUCH cheaper!
Currently exploring Block’s Goose tool… seems to be pretty good for programming.. and you can bring your OWN API keys!! (thanks jack)
not sure why it’s talking so much about #OSS LLMs when you bring your own proprietary keys.. whatever. it’s cool
ok.. well i got a micro.blog client working which is in the style of GNOME on debian.. just can’t get images working :P

#vibecoding ;)

using #Windsurf to try and make a simple post-only micro.blog client for the GNOME desktop (linux) :)
theo made a useful site for viewing the prices of different LLMs: model-prices.vercel.app
I just check the low/mid ones for any models I use through OpenRouter lmao, on ChatGPT/t3 chat go wild :P
Windsurf is really good so far! Similar to Cursor! They have the new GPT-4.1 model for free for the next week, too!
trying out Windsurf !
GPT2>GPT3
watch sam altman add gpt4.1 into chatgpt in like less than a week because people paying $20/$200 per month want to have access to the latest models lmao
wow so quesar alpha was gpt-4.1 the whole time
wow! the GPT-4.1[x] family of models are already on #OpenRouter via the API!
GPT 4.1 nano seems to be the same price as Gemini 2.0 flash?
#chatgpt
