hammer to, hammer to, hammer to faaaaalll

why do i have so many iMessages?!! i’m sure someone has more, but i swear this is a lot 💀

how many do you have? check in iCloud settings

Messages in iCloud settings display options for managing message storage and syncing, including a toggle for using the feature on a Mac.

twitter and twitter-like apps should add a “retweet” button where it removes all context of the tweet. the author is hidden, no replies of the original are shown. it’d be funny imo

Gonna use AT Toolbox to backup my entire atproto repo to my iPhone every week!

A mobile interface displays a shortcut action called "Get Repo" designed for accessing a user’s repo as a .CAR file, along with parameters for "Repo" and "Since."

well that was easy enough, golink setup using their youtube tutorial and gemini to help me get the docker stuff working properly

#tailscale

A webpage titled "go/" offers a service for creating shortlinks with sections to create a new link and view popular links.

currently figuring out how to setup golink on my #Tailscale tailnet! looks very cool & useful :)

atproto solves this

working feed curation, selection and control

has anyone had any luck with Google’s Gemma 3n model? (not Gemma 3, but 3n)

they mention that it’s “designed for efficient execution on everyday devices”, but from my experience Gemma 3 has ran much better.

on my (only 8GB) M2 Mac mini it runs awfully :/

Ooh, Pebble were able to get their name back:

“Great news - we’ve been able to recover the trademark for Pebble!”

uh oh, we’re taking our car from north France to Italy in a little over a week and now the alternator or smth is broken 💀💀

OMGG I JUST SAW 2 DOLPHINS 🐬 WHILST SWIMMING IN THE SEA!! 😮

what is this 😭

i disabled ads just to use aternos for a sec and there’s like a FULL PAGE whatsapp ad 💀

A website interface for Aternos features sections promoting private messaging, server creation, and account management, with images and a person smiling.

for some reason my iPhone had a “System Crash” overnight on the iOS 26 public beta. Apple asked what I was doing on my phone at 00:54 so I was being honest 🤷‍♂️💤

An iOS crash report screen is displayed, with fields to describe recent activities and attached files for diagnostics.

Another post about the #iOS26 public beta — am I being dumb or is the markup option just not in the photo editor anymore?!

A screenshot of an image editing app interface displaying options such as copy, paste, save, appearance adjustments, and red-eye correction.

So far from poking around the iOS 26 public beta it feels like it’s way smoother, still just gets pretty warm. This is from my testing on an iPhone SE (2020) tho

Also still not a fan on the fact that the keyboard is diff based on whether it’s has been compiled for iOS 26 or not

Cousins over for next 2-3 days ish. Ofc I love them and seeing them and stuff but idk we only see them once a year so it’s kinda weird 😭 (we only started this like 5 yrs ago too so idk), might be seeing friends again tmrw tho??

Liquid Glass is so cool. At least on iOS, not so sure about on Mac. Some of the buttons feel like they’ve been designed for a touch interface too much, we’ll see…

So far the public beta is feeling much smoother than the previous dev betas, although not used it on this iPhone (SE 2nd gen) since dev beta 2.

Battery is kinda bad, but it only just finished and the battery on here was always bad.

so yeah I’ve decided to keep iOS 18.5 on my main iPhone (16) because I want to keep it stable and with the best battery in the long run since I rely on this a lot, but I’ve installed it on my SE 2! (as you’ve seen from my other posts)

Considering I’m going to Italy in about a week idk if I should install iOS 26 on my main phone since I want the best battery life, but ima def go ahead and install the 26 Public beta on my SE 2 again.. been like a month since I’ve posted updates on what that’s like on the betas.
